Exceptions to 6'th House

If the lord of the 6'th is in 6'th only, Though not entirely good, will be better if lord of 1'st and 6'th is one and same planet and placed in a good house.

When the same planet is also lord of 9'th (my case, mars being lord of 9'th, placed in 6'th) but my experience is so – so kind.

When same planet is lord of 5'th and 6'th both eg. Saturn for Virgo Asc.

 

Let's understand these combinations for all the possibilities like debilitation/ inimical sign placement etc for all the planets.
