Significance of D10 in ascertaining one's Profession/business..?

A good quest and my layman ideas (requires corrections!)

 

D - 10 : -

 

lAGNA = SELF ,

7th house = Employer ,

10th house = nature and quality of employment (business),

9th house = appreciations,Reviewing authority and 5th house = tactfulness ,work

knowledge,appriciations

3rd house = Jr.associates and 11th house = sr.associates , Bonus

2nd house = income , working environment ,

4th house employment and training

6th house = HRD ,

12 TH HOUSE = RETIREMENT,TERMINATION,WORK RELATED VOYAGE
