Dear Sanjay,

Here is my analyses on Gandhiji's chart. You have already given the different

navamsa, while I thought that navamsa lagna of libra didn't fit anyway(rahu

and surya in trines in swamsa) and Bahoo Stree Yoga. This is the brilliant

chart one can speak of many raja yogas.

1. Chandra as atmakarak in own sign in kendra is Raja Yoga and being in

Arudha Lagna it gives fame.Chandra is atma karaka and rahu is putrakarak

which is also raja yoga.

2. Lagnesh in own sign yuti lord of 9th budh in kendra is Lakshmi Yoga.

Further mangal is in yuti as kendra lord

3. Shani and ketu in 2/4 give large number of elephants, while being in 2/4

houses, the Raja starts early in life

4. Gaja Keshari Yoga is also present.

5. Mahapurusha Yoga of Shukra is present too.

6. Chandra as atma aspects navamsa lagna which gives rise in life.

7. Gandhiji survived Gandhanta dosha and became famous.

Why Ahimsa?

Shukra in lagna in own sign thula gives patriotism and non-violence. It is in

kendra from chandra along with guru ketu budha and mangal, giving direction

to the mind. Shani is in trines to Chandra giving ascetic nature as yoga

karak graha. Guru and ketu in trines to navamsa lagna gives his lawyer

profession and promote spirituality. Second house from navamasa lagna is in

4th house from rashi chart, thus the focus of karma from previous life

concerns 4th house affairs such as homeland, patriotism etc, holding ketu

spiritual graha. Further chandra as atma made the native carring and

compassionate for the masses(chandra) Chandra is in 4th in navamsa chart, and

Gandhiji was a karma Yogi, chandra and guru are strong so he attained fame

while suryu is weak in 12th house, and he didn't enjoy Rajya despite surya

being in 3rd from AL and badhaka dosha was removed. Further, Guru is Rx in

Rajya pada, so he didn't enjoy political throne.Shani is further strong so he

was hardworking and ascetic.

Atmakaraka is in pisces navamsa which is combination for moksha, while 12th

from karakamsa is empty lorded by shani and rahu, shani being stronger. Shani

indicates Naryana while Mercury indicates Shri Krishna being in the 2nd

drekkana. I will have to thouroughly examine dharma Devata and see why he

chanted Shri Rama's name. Shani being pitrikarak and lord of 4/5th houses in

the chart, indicate that elders, such as father, family would take Gandhiji

to spiritual path.

I have to go now, and will be back soon. I just want to mention that bandan

and Pasa Yoga took Gandhiji to imprisonment, while sun being badhakesh and

placed in friendly sign and good avastas made him read books and do fasting

in prison, so such experiences didn't bring him terrible sufferings..
