WHILE CALCULATING RULING PLANETS , PLANETS WHICH ARE IN STR OR

SUB OF RETROGRADE PLANETS ARE NOT CONSIDERED AS RULING PLANETS.

BUT THERE ARE TIMES , WHEN MOST OF THE PLANETS , SAY 6 OR 7 OUT

OF TOTAL 9 PLANETS ARE SUCH POSITIONED.

PLZ CLARIFY HOW TO PRROCEED FURTHER IN SUCH CASES,IS NOT TO

PROCEED FURTHER AT ALL UNLESS SUCH SITUATION IMPROVES, IS THE BEST OPTION OR IS

THERE A BETTER LOGICAL METHOD AVAILABLE.

Dear Sonali

Retrograde rule is not applicable for BTR. For BTR, even the retrograde planets, planets in the star and sub of retrograde planets are to be considered. Should not be removed from the list. RP for BTR is different from RP for Horary.
