How to pin-point an event based on Dasha & transit

Dear Dr. Luther,

 

I have tried to analyse an event of marraige which took place on 25th may, 1989.

Please let me know how does one go about pi-pointing an specfic event based on

dasha & transit.

 

the birth details are as follows;

 

date: 22nd june, 1961

time: 23.38

place: bhimavaram, 81E32 16N32

 

I have also made out the significator table based on the birth chart and also

the transit on 25th may, 1989. The figure in " bracket " shown under transit is

the house through which the planet is transiting on the day of transit.
