1) The Rps at the time of Judgment should relate to the Rps at the time of Test Drive! Then he will participate!

2) The 4th CSL (7=Examiner and 10 to 7 is 4 = his Job) is signifying 11, the native will participate and he will be examined.

3) The 3rd and 11th CSL is signifying 3 and 11 (even 9 also), he will get the Driving License! The DBA are to be checked for their significations.

4) The retro of CSL/its starlord is considered

I thought of judging 6th sub but as its not really a competition, but more of a interview/test.

4) 3rd cusp sub lord should signify 11th and 11th cusp should signify 3rd. 3rd is for any type of document. 11th for fulfillment of desire.

I follow the rule given by KSK in horary astrology p.no. 266 "success in medical examination ".

1) If 4th (10 to 7th) CSL is connected with 11th cusp then one will attend the test.

2) If 11 th csl is connected with 10,11 houses success in the test (however this is not directly said in that article,. but Guruji judged sun ,moon who are the star and sub lords for venus the 11th cusp sublord for that map) .

3) I personally feel 6th house can also be included as it is favorable in all tests and competitions.

Based on my personal opinion/experience I hereby humbly give the Rules that I have followed for prediction.

RULES/houses to be considered for the said Query

a) HOUSES/PLANETS TO BE CONSIDERD FOR JUDGMENT

1. 4th house indicates the vehicle that he/she is going to Drive for the test.

2. 7th house indicates the license issuing authority/Department.

3. 3rd house to judge his/her confidence level (Dhana,veera,sura, karna Bhava).

4. 9th house for the document (license) issued by the license issuing authority as it is 3rd to 7th house. Here I have not considered much importance to the 3rd house for license because Native's contribution to the subject query is attend for test and put the best effort to get PASS in the road test. This 3rd house may be considered for Short Travel etc.

5. 6th house to judge the Winning strength for the Road test.

6. 11th house for fulfillment of desire

7. Strength of Mercury planet as it is the karaka planet for the paper work, document (license) etc.

b) WHETHER HE/SHE WILL ATTENED THE ROAD TEST?

4th CSL in a star lord of a planet occupied in MOVABLE sign or COMMON sign but not in FIXED Sign. To attend test they have to drive/move the vehicle first. Hence I have considered this RULE.

c) TO OBTAIN LICENCE.

4th CSL in a star lord of a planet signifies any of the houses 4,6,9,11.

6th CSL in a star lord of a planet signifies any of the houses 4,6,9,11.

Instead if they signifies 5, 8, 10,12 (indicates LOOSING the test)

Here 8th house indicates mental worries/tension for attending the road test. In the other way it may be considered as 12th to 9th house negates the 9th house matter (license).

3rd CSL in the star lord of the planet will signify the Native's confidence level.

Strength of the planet MERCURY in the chart. How far it is connected with positive significators (4,6,9,11) or with negative significators (5, 8, 10,12) by Judging it's own Signification as well as it's Star lord and Sub lord.

d) OTHER COMMON RULES.

1) For Horary chart, The CSL in query deposited in a star lord of a plant should not be retrograde. If so until that planet becomes direct the matter will not give fruitful results.

2) If both CSL and it's star lord are retrograde the answer to the Native/quarrient can be given Negative.

3) The strength of a planet's sub lord to decide/dispose the matters indicated by that planet's star lord.

4) Finally the RP at the time of judgment to decide DBA and the transit of planet etc.

Note:

Case–1 & Case–2 belongs to the same person. Case–1 for his 2nd road test attempt and Case–2 for his 3rd road test attempt. He is the man put the message regarding for changing the date incases of FAIL astrologically.

Case–3,4 & 5 chart belongs to other individuals.

Few of the contestants (VGR Pavan,Sujata ) have given their 2nd thought to consider the 6th house. Congratulations for them.

Mr. Adith was not happy with mismatch of CSL between two different software but it does not matter. I have given importance to the RULEs and the APPROACH adopted while analyzing the Chart.

In my opinion, Mr.Adith & Mr. VGR may be considered as WINNERS for presenting the RULEs and Approach.

As I have some personal work in the following 3-4 weeks, will not be able to reply any of the members query. Hence request the members to discuss among themselves and conclude the RULES/APPROACH and any volunteer can summarize it for the benefit of others.

In future I expect the member to write the RULES/APPROACH first before their analyses for concluding any matters. This will help others to understand and to discuss further about the RULEs.
