Aspects in KP-when western and when Hindu aspects

Hi All,

 

I want to know abt the aspects in KP.when to take general aspects (like Sat

3,7,10 ;Mars -4,7,8;Jup:5,7,9) when to go for western aspects (Trine,square )

because sometimes we take hindu aspects and sometimes the western aspects to

accomodate our respects .So,is there any specific logic for them.
