clarification on eclipse--Election should not be 8 hrs before or after eclipse .

Hi all,

In india at what time lunar eclipse starts in all places.

And i have read that for doing good things 8 hours before and after the eclipse is good.

I have elected one time for my friend for new house entrance(Grahapravesam).

Though in nearest i dont see best lunar months for entry.

Some are saying that grahanam wont affect us as its not visible to us.Location :Hyderabad.

Please advise me on this aspect.
