Ruling planets of a Horary chart

Dear All,

From the jataka's kundli or horary kundli so many things can be found out by rotating kundli means the expected X thing is denoted by particular cusp that cusp be the lagna and like this. But the most important thing certain astrologers miss is that while making rectification of the birth time, max. of astrologers are rectify only lagna/ascendent as per the ruling planets of the time of judging/preparing horoscope. But if probable queries are related to other bhavas then ruling planets should reflect in that concerned bhavas also. Let they be sign lord, star lord, sub lord, sub sub lord. But if they are not reflected in the above way, then the rectification is not to be considered 100% perfect. Because as far as softwares are concerned we rectify time upto sub sub. Actual difference in particular sub sub that may be approximately from 30 sec to 85/90 secs. WE only adopt the mean of the difference and we consider the time has been rectified. But in that mean time which we derive as the rectification there is the poslsibility of varying the other bhavas to certain level and if ruling planets are not reflected in the all bhavas proposed to be predicted. Thatswhy dont try to answer so many queries from original natal horoscope/horary horoscope. No doubt out of 100, 80 queries can be predicted properly in this way. but remaining 20% queries which we predict that go wrong and the astrology will be blamed. So all are requested to take it to the mind and no action on our part will affect the interest of the astrlogy especially Krishnamurthi Padhati should be observed by all.

What you express as time chart, in fact there is no chart at all What will you rotate. The ruling planets at the time of judgment reflects the urge of the astrologer. Astrologer is not changed , time is not changed. so no question of rotating the chart. If the astrologer cannot be able to complete the analysis in his first sitting, he can sit next time when he is in leisure and then he has to take the RPs at that moment ignoring those of first time. I think I am clear.

One addition question for the same:

Based on the relation between the querent and the person in question, the KP Horary chart is rotated.

So, What about Time chart that is used for RPs. Do we need to rotate also?
