Should I employ women staff in my Office or not ?

Dear Learned Friends,

 

In the following mail I have mixed ingredients of all - Parashari, Nadi, Jamini and look forward to your comments in light of KP too. If this mail does not fit in the constitution of this Group, then kindly ignore the same, and allow it to be passed unanswered.

 

As per Nadi principles, the 4th from where Saturn is placed in my chart, is denoting the work place for me. In my chart it shows the 9th house as my work place. The 9th is also the Fathers house, and so is true in my case as I have spent 25 years app. sitting with my father and handling the family business. Now the question is that the 9th house Aries in my chart is also the Badhaka House for me. Venus being placed there shows it as a prime significator for Badhaka. But Venus is also the Atmakaraka for me. Under such circumstances I ask the Learned here, that since Venus also represents "feminine folk " should I employ women staff in my office or not ? Would they prove as "Badhaka" for me or would they give results what the "Atmakaraka" should produce ?

What was your past experience in Venus Bhukti/Anthara/sookshma,on Fridays and or Venus star-days ? and what is the sub occupied by Venus in your Natal Chart ?

You can have a fair idea of what Venus can do during it's Dasa/Bhukti/Anthara/Sookshma...

Dear Yogesh Ji

In the case of Bhaskar u have asked to check the Venus dasha/bhukti/antara periods and Venus day/Venus star day.

In my case i have experienced different result in my Venus sub/sub-sub period.

in saturn dasha Venus bhukti failure in education and also face ill-health general weakness.

Mer/Ven/Jup i had name , fame ,and financial prosperity.

In ketu dasha Venus bhukti i was able to buy some jewels to my mother.

Now, i am in confussion that how will be my Venus Dasha?
