Dear Shri Bohraji,

At the dawn of the year 1962 ( your birth year), people were scared about the configuration of eight planets in one Rasi Capricon, as it was a rare phenomenon. Traditional astrologers too predicted calamities for the country and the head. After studying the KP system, I wonder how the people were so ignorant. Late Guruji KSK while analyzing a chart in page xxxiii where 4 or 5 planets were in sign virgo has said “ let a planet transit in any sign or in any house, never bother about it. What you should find out is, the transit of the significator in the consettallation and sub of the significators of the particular matter. Forget tradition follow KP”

In your chart which is a rare one as many as 7 planets are in the sign of Capricon ; 2 of them falling in 10th bhavam and remaining 5 in 11th all in the Capricorn sign. In fact 8 planets are related to Saturn’s sign, lord of 11th and 12th. In the Chart each planet has malefic and benefic significators. So we are to check the sublord of each planet and to

verify whether the planet is useful or not for the event of marriage Now let us scrutinize all the 9 planets, their significations of their own and thro’ their sub lords.signicifications to find our which planet is fruitful, so that we can select such planet for the D A conjoined period for the event of marriage. The quiz is “ when the marriage”? for this we B are to scrutinize 2, 7 and 11th bhavas position and cuspal sub lords for the signification. If th cuspal sub lords are fruitful for the event i.e. marriage, the the concerned Bhava too is favourabke for marriage and the planets posited therein will also be fruitful. For instance, if a planet is significator of evil of house 10 by its placement, we shoulkd not reject it as evil. We have to scrutinize the 10th bhavam to find out whether it favours marriage. If yes, then the planet in 10th house is also favourable, provided its su lord is benefic for the event. This is stressed by lae K.M.Subramanian of “Sub Lord speaks” articles.

2nd house (group relating to marriage 2,7,11). This house is vacant. Position is Mars-Venus-Kethu as sign , star and sub lord respectively. Kethu the S/L is the deciding person for fruitful or otherwise. Kethu is a self strength planet (no other planet is in its stars). He is placed in 11th highly benefic place. In addition, Kethu is in the sub of Rahu also a self strength planet in 5th good Bhavam. Rahu signifies 7th house also thro’ his star lord Mercury (the 7th H is vacant). In view of these, 2nd house position is useful and any planet related to 2nd Bhavam will also be fruitful.

7th house is vacant. Mercury is lord. Any planet in the star of Mercury is full significator for this Bhavam. Rahu is in Mercury’s star. Rahu is highly be (1)benefic. He is in own sub too. This house position is Mercury-Moon-Venus as sign star and sub respectively. Venus is also with self strength. She is in the sub of Jupiter at 11th also a self strength planet. Venus is beneficic. In this connection I may point out that whenever a self strength planet happens to be the sub lord of the cusp, there is no need to verify its star lord. Thus Venus is fully favourable for marriage, being the sub lord of 11th house

11th house position is Saturn-Moon-Rahu. Rahu the CSL is with self strength signifying 5th and 7th through his Rasi lord Moon and star lord Mercury. He is No.1 benefic. 11th is highly beneficial.

All the important group of houses 2, 7 and 11 are fully favourable for marriage. Thus marriage is assured.

Now let us select the planets, which are useful for the marriage thro’ their sub lords, for using them as conjoined planets for the purpose of DBAs. In this chart, the following planets are wit self strength planets i.e. no other planet is in their stars..

(i) Sun lord of 6th in 11th; 6th Bhzavam’s CSL is Mars. 3 other planets are there in the star of Mars. Mars in the star and sub of Moon in 12th evil house for marriage. As such Sun in the star of Mars is not favourable for 6th, but will give the result of 11th, as Sun is in the sub of Rahu, who is full significator for 5th , and 7th through Merc. Rahu’s star lord

(ii) Jupiter ia is with self strength lord of 1 and 10. Like Sun, Jupiter is also in the sub of Rahu useful for marriage. His placement at 11th is more beneficial than of his own houses 1 and 10 as the S/Ls of 1 and 10 are not favourable for marriage indicating the marriage group of planets.

(iii) Venus lord of 3 and 8 is in 11th. While 3rds csl is Sun not indicating marriage group of bhavas, 8th csl is Kethu is with full signification and he is self strength planet. Venus will indicate the result of 8th and 11th, as Venus is in the sub of Jupiter with self strength in 11th. Venus is benefic.for marriage.

(iv) Saturn is with self strength. He is lord of 11th and 12th. Both 11th and 12th are occupied by planets. Any way, as Saturn is in the star and sub of Moon at 12 (Moon’s own house is occupied by the node Rahu as Moon is not a self strength planet, his 12th signification remains with him. As such Saturn is not favourable for marriage, as 12th signfn. Is not desirable.

(v) Both the nodes Rahu and Kethu are with self strength and both are in the sub of Rahu, full significator for 5th and 7th through his star lord Mercury. 7th H. is vacant.

Out of the 6 planetrw, who are with self strength, 4 viz. Jupiter, Venus, Rahu and Kethu are favourable for marriage and they are selected. Mercury is in the star of Moon at 12 and in the sub of Venus. As power of Mercury is already taken by Rahu, Mercury’s role is minor and is not very powerful. Other planets Sun, Moon, Mars, and Saturn are not powerful through sub lords for marriage. Hence final selection of beneficial planets for consideration of DBAS,, 4 planets Jupiter, Venus, Rahu and Kethu stand selected.

Kethu Dasa is from 23-6-2007 to 23-6-2014, In this Kethu Dasa Venus Bhukthi is from 13-11-2007 to 18-6-2009. In this Venus Bhukthi Rahu Antharam runs ffrom 20-4-2008 to 21-6-2008. In this Jupiter sooksma will run, when the marriage will maerialise. Sun will be transiting in 2nd Bhavam of natal chart. Kethu Dasa lord will be transiting in the star of Mercury, 7th lord in Natal, Rahu will be transiting in natal 11th bhavam., thus agreeing transit for the event. Lastly the delay in marriage is Saturn is connected to Moon thro’ star and sub and Moon is in the sign of Saturn and in the star and sub of planets who are close to Saturn. Thanks to Sun within 30 degrees from both Saturn and Moon; and to Mars, aick planet with rapt conjunction with Saturn has not delayed further.
