Rahu is signifying strongly 5 as no planet in its star. As you said, Rahu is the only planet gives the results of all planets even with his own strength as no planet in its star. All the other planets aspect Rahu, hence it represents them. The left one is Moon. but  It also represents Moon being occupied its sign.

 

So Rahu gives all the signficators including the detrimental houses for marriage also.

But Rahu signfying 5 and also represents other planets in 11 shows his success in romance.

 

The 7th CSL Venus is in the star of Moon (in 10). Venus is in its own sub. Moon is in the star of Venus again (lord of 3 and 8 in 11) which is the closest conjunction with Sun the lord of 6. Tis may be a cause for the obstacles.

 

Rare chart!!

 

Moreover I was wondering if he were born one day late (4/2/62) and at 10.02 AM!!!! All the planets expect Rahu in 11 and all aspect Rahu.!!!!

 

He just missed!?

 

There could be atleast one who was born at this time!
