10th CSL is Mars l/o 8th in Saturn's Nakshatra and also aspected by Saturn. 10th house is also aspected by Mars. It shows that he is involved in some wrong doing. Can you please let us know what kind of business he is in? What is the reason he is jailed?

 

Present bhukti lord Rahu is in 8th in nakshatra of Ketu in 2nd. Rahu also act as an agent to Jupiter l/o 12th.  12th house is the primary house of imprisonment in KP alont with 2,6,8 as supportive houses. So period till 1/11/2009 (Mars-Rahu) looks very difficult for him.

 

After that Jupiter bhukti will start and Jupiter is in Saturn's nakshatra. Saturn is in 6th house (winning legal battle) l/o 10th (restoring social pride) and 11th (fulfilment of desire). So period after 1st November looks better.

Dear Ruchika Ji,It is very material to know whether the native was released on bail during the pendency of trial or the native was an under trial prisoner.You have to also disclose in which section the native is sent to Jail on 25.09.2009 and for what term the native is sent to Jail with a fine or without fine and what is amount of fine.Whether imposed fine has been deposited in court or not?Was it Sessions Trial/Special Trial or Magistrate trial in which the native is sent to Jail? Why the accused was not released on interim bail? Irrespective of planetary configuration ,these factors are to be judged also in this case for moving bail application in the month of November 2009.If the native has been an under trial prisoner and sent to Jail to serve out sentence passed by Hon'ble court,then his bail will be rejected out rightly.Please mention all the required things clearly.

Dear Ruchika,

Is the person is convicted with a sentence ? If so under what section and what period of jail? One has to consider whether the offense is bailable or otherwise.

he was sentenced by lower court under section 138 n i act. appeal by ADJ was

dismissed qnd he is in prison since 25 sept 2009. second appeal lies in high

court which can order suspension of order of the dist. court.

pls ask me any other details, if required. ans my query regarding release by

high court and end of this litigation and any upaya for speedy justice..

Dear Ruchika,It is not tough case.Bail application be moved by end of the October 2009 and accused may be granted bail by Hon'ble sessions judge if punishment is awarded by Judicial Magistrate.Accused will have to pay the entire amount of cheque and fine to the court concerned or half of the amount as ordered by court before accused is released on bail and during appeal sentence may be converted in to fine also when the appeal is heard.But the accused will have to mannage for the money to get it deposited firstly.In case you contest the case and appeal is rejected,then in that condition the bail application will have to be moved before Cocerned Hon'ble High Court and accused will miss the opportunity.

11th house is the Badhaka planet for this chart. This chart has problems. There

are too many planets that are the significators of 3rd, 8th, 12th and Badhaka

houses. That is why the native landed up in prison.

Dear Punit ji,

 

As you said, Rahu Bukthi is not favorable.

 

The prime karaka for jail Rahu is in 8. It also represents 12 (Jupiter sign)

Rahu is in Ketu star in 2 with close conjunction to lord of 3 Mercury. Mercury is also in conjn. to 3rd cusp.(it shows the cheque related).

Rahu is in the sub of Venus (lord of 7 litigationa) in 3..

Venus is in Jupiter star (lord of 12) in 4.

 

There are strong signficators of 3,8,12 prime factors of impriosnment.

Also the strong 3 indication may indicate the problem due to younger brother. 

 

The next bukthi from 1/11 is Jupiter is in Sat star the lord of of 11 in 6. Good.

But the the sub is Rahu who is not favorable.

If we look at the planet who is in the sub of a planet who is in the star of 6,11 signficator,Sat.(as per Backward thoery). That is Saturn. (we have to keep it mind Sat is the Badaka Lord to him!!?)

 

hence Saturn period may be strong. But Sat bukthi is only after 6/10/2010.

Dear Sir,It is not required in this case.Accused is sentenced from the court of A.S.J .Now bail may be granted from Hon'ble High Court if half of the amount of total fine may be deposited and on furnishing two sureties+P.b of like amount.Further the accused will have to deposit the entire amount of fine and additional fine in lieu of sentence passed by Hon'ble Court. The Hon'ble court may be pleased to convert the sentence in to fuge amount of fine.This is the trend of Hon'ble court in case of 138 N.I..Act.With thanks,

Here we are only considering DBAs and no one is trying to point out the date on which actual bail will be effected. I am putting a sentence in 3rd reader for ready reference and recall memomry of stalwarts.

" If the planeet is ina constellation denoting evil results but the sublord is benefic, then eventhough he may suffer yet temporarily, during the period of the sub lord he has a little relief from the adverse results. Suppose a camp clerk is serving under a hard task master who uses to be harsh and short tempered. "Then this poor man curses his fate and years pass on. when the sub period of a planet occupying the beneficial sub operates, during that time, the officer goes on leave and hehas temporarily no worry or he himself may proceed on leave and forget the office for sometime.
