One has to consider the will and courage to speculate for purchasing a lottery and hence the importance of V comes there before the period of winning. If some body asks before buying a lottery ticked V is to be examined to find out if at all he purchases one.

1 denotes not only as self effort. One partcipation or involvement and his dignity amd success.

for example, when 1 is connected to 6, the health problem to him is for sure

When 1 is connected to 8, the worries are indicated to him and also his suicidal tendencies sometimes.

When 1 is connected to 10,11, the increase in his self status is promised .

May be here 1 is taken along with 2,6,8,11,3 for the confirmation on the gain to him through lottery. but it need not be compulsory always.

As always all the signficators may not and need not apprear in all cases, as it is not just mathematics.

The above are just my opinion.
