UPCHAYA STHANAS AND ITS IMPORTANCE IN TIMING OF EVENTS

What your idea is correct. As to get results from every house, there is a concept of UPACHAYA STHANAS. 6 AND 10 ARE PRIME UPCHAYA STHANAS AND 3 AND 11 ARE SECONDARY STHANAS. Lord of 8th from every house will considered as NATURAL KARAKA for that house. If we are to take the thing MARRIAGE. In KALPURUSH KUNDLI, Marriage is to be considered from 7th house/cusp. So 8th from 7th house is 2nd house and its lord SHUKRA IS THE NATURAL KARAKAS FOR Marriage. As we use the upchaya sthanas in this case we will get the houses to be considered for marriage timing event. If we calculate 10th house from lord of natural karak i.e. 8th from 7th is 11th house. Again for 12 th house, we take the natural karaka for Shaya sukha is shukra as it is the 8th from 12th house i.e. meena, it is the Libra lord of which is shukra is the natural karaka for Shayan Sukh, sex and investment for luxarius items .If you consider every natural karakas for each house you will astonish how fantastic system this is. For Example, we consider Guru is the natural karaka for Santati. How it is coming? do you know. Base House is 5th house. 8th from 5th is 12th house in Kalpurusha's Kundli it is the lord of 12th house (Pisces-Meena) is Guru. Like for 10th house how Ravi is the nATURAL Karakas. 8th House from 10th house is Leo -Simha and the lord of Leo is Sun is the natural karaka of Karma Sthan. If you go on the same line you will come to know why we were using since inception natural karakas.

Again, secondary upchaya sthanas are 3 and 11 from natural karak. Means Here for the consideration of Marriage, natural karaka of Marriage is Shukra who is the lord of 2nd house. 3rd from 2nd house is 4th house and 11th house from 2nd house is the 12 th house. It means for marriage 4th house and 12 th house will play predominant role. But since the inception of KP we are taking 12th house as well as 4th house is the detrtimental houses for Marriage. But there are certain astrologers who have proved and established the rule that more than 60 to 70% of the marriages will be celebrated in the Antardasa of lord of 4th or 12th house or the planets in these houses.AND THE THUMB RULE WHICH GENERALLY FOLLOWED IS THAT IN CERTAIN PLACES ONLY TRANSIT OF GURU IS CONSIDERED FOR TIMING OF EVENTS.

So, 12 th house this point will clear into the minds of everyone that if this theme is taking further and we look into the matter that DBAs of Chandra and Shukra or according to Ascendent, lord of 4th house as wellas 12 th house will to be taken into consideraation for timing of marriage, there will be certain best results which were not taken preiously.

We say that 7,2,11 are the houses to be considered for marriage. Some astrologers say that 5 8 can also indicate marriage. If we think deeply 12th house is a "Vyay sthan" a marriage is bound to bring some Vyay like semen. 12 th house is also called as house of fulfilment of sexual desires. Why can't we take it as a supporting house for marriage ? There is one more "Vyay" if the marriage has to fructify that is money. We can't get married unless we spend lot of money.
