Respected members

I am trying to ascertain when to predict a court case in a person's life. What

should be the signifactors and DBAS running?

Also when one will lose a case? The flip side, when will one win the case?

Please share your thoughts and experience.

(a) Litigation - Ref: A & A June 1977

pg30

//According to KP, the 6th house stands for litigation

and 7th house for the opponent in litigation. It would be initiated when the

significators of 6th and 7th houses will operate together, during their

conjoined period according to Vims. Dasa.

The cause of litigation will be

indicated by the nature of those planets which are associated with the 6th

Bhawa/Cusp or planets posited in the constellation of the occupant or lord of

6th bhawa.//

(b) Success and

failure in Litigation

//Prof. Krishnamurti has explained that success and

failure in litigation will depend upon the relationship of planets signifying

6th and 7th houses. When the 6th & 7th houses come under the sway of the

lords of the constellation or occupant of houses 1,2,3,6,10,11 success is

ensured, whereas failure would be indicated in case of 4,5,7,8,9 & 12

houses.//

Matters controlled by Bhawas

//7th Bhawa -

Enemical matters that cause troubles to the very

existence of the person. Enemies attacks and fights. Enemies attacks, enagaging

in quarrels and comes into conflicts thro open arguments and LITIGATIONS.//

File the case in

the Court of Law

Ref: Kp 5th Reader - pg 227

//The significator to be selected are 6 & 11. Note

down which day during the office hours, Moon transits in such a constellation,

the Lord of which is the significator of 6 & 11, and has no connection at

all with the houses 8 & 12. Similarly the Asc. also must necessarily be

transitting in that sign, star and sub, goverened by the planets, who are the

significators of the houses 6 * 11 and not at all connected with 8 & 12. If

actually it is done correctly, then one will come out successful.//With RegardsKalyan
