Ascendant as well as Moon sign lord is Jupiter. So Jupiter as 6th CSL seems correct. As the disease may be minor, it is not cleary demonstrated by 6th CSL. The native may end up complete healty person and that is the reason no clear visibility from 6th house. In my opinion, there is no danger to his health and he will servive. As a side-note, in the rasi chart, all the planets are in 6,8,12 to monther's house i.e. 4th and that may indicate danger to the monther. I pray that all of them have long life.
