Dear Chehar,

 

[ 1 ] You can do the upaya in any order convenient to you.

[ 2 ] Two or more upaya can be done simultaneously provided they are

started on different days. Therefore you can do the next upaya while

doing the milk sprinkling upaya.

[ 3 ] You can place the dibbi in the west, the dibbi can be of any

size and shape, you can fill half the dibbi with oil.

[ 4 ] Lal Chandan is easily available in India. You can ask the

pujari of any Hindu temple in the USA and he will tell you where to

get it from. Yes, you can use a red cloth after washing it couple of

times.
