Challenges at work

Dear Priyaji,

 

I have been having challenges at work place in the last 6 months and

of late this has gone up.

 

1. I have not been able to deliver results - what task generally used

to take 1 day takes weeks to get accomplished.

2. My subordinates' incompetence has been bringing me a lot of

discredit and I am having challenges in finding capable replacements

for the past 6 months.

3. Personally also, I am feeling I have lost lot of my skills and

have become very ineffective.

4. My peers are taking avantage of the situation and instigating my

superiors against me.

5. This is promotion time at work and I dont want to miss out. I have

missed 2 promotions (due to unfair reasons) in the last 4 years.

 

Please guide me.
