Hello, how are you ? Hope everything is allright with you.

 

My name is JITENDRA MOTIRAMANI & my wife Payal has been in touch

with you & the remedies informed by you to her have worked well.

 

I live here in Spain & by God's grace everything is going smoothly

except one issue.

 

In the year 2004 I helped one of my best friend (who was in a very

very bad situation financially) in establishing a Jewellery shop. I

paid a very big amount as Deposit/Gaurentee money to the shop owner

& for the Decoration expenses of the shop. Then I gave the shop to

my friend on an agreement that he will pay me a fixed amount per

month.

The shop was & is fully handled by him as I am busy with my other

Imports business. He paid me for initial 9 months & since then,he

has refused to pay me anything.... I even fought legally but lost

the case because the agreement papers were made very lightly ( I

never thought at that time that my best friend would cheat me) So,

all in all I have a huge Money blocked as the Gaurentee Deposit with

the Shop owner plus the monthly agreed money which my friend is not

paying me since Oct-2004. His purpose is solved, now he has the shop

& he is living a decent life , so he is not bothered to pay me now.

He has totally forgot how i helped him in his bad times..

 

I would request your goodself to inform me some remedy by which may

be I can get back my blocked Deposit/gaurentee money & the

Moral/Conscience of this friend of mine awakens & he realizes his

mistake & starts paying me again.....
