Dear Inluv,

Yes, you should continue with that upaya even at your new place.

Sincerely,

Priya

mitigate problem with my seniors in previous job. Do I need to do

the same here? It helped me immensely and I?share a wonderful

relationship with the senior management in my last organization. I

want the recognition of my efforts here too. Please guide me.?Warm

Pranam Priyaji,

I have kept the dry dates as adviced by you. At the new place of

work I have joined at a managerial level but there is a resitance

from the existing team and they are creating situations for me to

fail. This is a challenging and wondeful oppurtunity for me to grow

professionally but the team is spreading rumors about my staying

tenure with this company as I left a fortune 500 company to join a

relatively small company. They have involved HR department also and

I am having a hard time explaining that I am not looking for a

change in near future. All this is very stressful. I am doing

pouring mustard oil in dry soil on saturday upaya. Please guide me

and let me know if you can forsee anything bad happening to me

professionally in near future. I have left my stable job and here

things are dicey after the ugly episode. Thanks,

Dear Inluv,

You have to keep your moon appeased and strengthened

[ 1 ] Keep in your purse a small square piece of silver wrapped in a

yellow cloth. Get this silver piece from your mother by way of her

blessing to you. It will protect you from all mischiefs at your work

place.

[ 2 ] Recite the beej mantra of Moon, as often as you can. You can

recite it in your office if you get some time.

Sincerely,

Priya
