I am not aware of any upaya which could help you get good employees.

However, if you are getting trouble from your employees it shows

that your Saturn is acting malefic therefore every Saturday gift at

recite the beej mantra for Saturn 108 times every day. Remember

Saturn is the lord of your Bhagya [ lord of destiny] and Karmesh

As for the relations with the friends in general you should :

 

[ a ] Apply haldi tilak between your eye brows every day.

[ b ] Feed young kanyas [ girls below 10 years ] twice a year and
