[ 1 ] You do not have to do any of the eclipse upaya, neither for

solar nor for lunar.

[ 2 ] Your husband should do the Solar eclipse upaya for Sun + Rahu.

[ 3 ] Your brother does not have to do either eclipse upaya.

 

Go to the files and read the upaya to be done for solar eclipse for

sun+rahu.
