Guest guest
Dear Helen, [ a ] Haldi ganth means the whole turmeric ryzome. You can get the whole turmeric from any store selling Indian spices. [ b ] Besan laddoo is a form of a sweet which is offered at temples, specially Hanuman temples. It is slightly yellow in color. [ c ] Instead of offering milk at the temple you can offer a few grains of rice. It can be offered any time before the interview on that day, and not necessarily when going for the interview. [ d ] You can ask some Indian to read out the chaupai for you. [ e ] Rahu kal is a time slot of the day which is considered very inauspicious for any thing important. You can find out the Rahu kal for your city for any day through the table given in the files.
