Need Advice on frequent Cough/Cold

Respected Shree Bhusan Priya Ji,

 

I am Anurag Jain and now resident of Pune (MS). I was suffering from

Epilepsy ( Mirgi ) from past 8 years. I suffered my first stroke in

Feb'1998. I started taking medicine in Sep'08 and continued it for 8

years. I stopped taking medicine in Jan'07 after Doctor's advice and

clear history of no stroke from past 5 years.

 

I am also suffering from Cough and cold frequently ( past 15 years).

Since last 1 year ( in Pune) , I am also suffering from Throat

infection and Cold/Cough.

 

Please advice suitable Upaya.
