Can we renovate the bathroom?

I own a flat which will be vacated end of September. After that I am

planning to doing little bit of renovation to the flat including the

bathroom. We may need to break the floor of the bathrooms to put new

tiles. Can you please confirm if that will be ok to do. My birth

details are: 4 September 1965, 8:37 PM, Chennai.

 

Also my mother is planning to renovate the bathroom attached to her

bedroom. She does not have her birth details, but is around 68 years

old. Can you check from my horoscope to find for my mother if it

will be ok for her to renovate the bathroom.

 

In the same house where my mother lives, another bathroom was

renovated adn both my brothers died in a gap of 3 months. But you had

said that my brother's death and that bathroom renovation was just a

coincidence.

 

I want to make sure for the next bathroom to be renovated before we

do it.
