I work harder than others, my boss acknowledges this. But when it comes to giving benefit/promotion etc. I miss it. This has been happening consistently. Please suggest some upay so that my efforts are rewarded. Promotion is also due shortly. 2. I want to improve my concentration at the job so that I can improve utilization of the time. I want to be better planned at my work. Please suggest some upay. 3. I want to learn new things in my job. But I am always busy and am not able to learn new things. Please suggest some upay so that I can concentrate on learning new things. Right now I am wearing One mukhi and Four mukhi rudraksh. No gem is worn.
