Regarding Til in Brass bowl

Respected Sir,

 

Around more than a year or 2 back, I was advised to keep til in Brass

bowl so that Ketu is in the hands of Jupiter.

 

This was supposed to be done before spouse was taken to treatment.

 

Later you have advised me to keep it as it is until the treatment is

successful. What is the definition-is it until delivery or conception?

 

Now since she has conceived, should it be kept until the delivery. I

thought it should be.

 

If yes whatever the case what should I do with the Til and the brass

bowl. Can I give it to a temple?
