For Last Six Years i Studied In America , i finished my studies i got the job but the problem started that the company didnt apply a H1 Visa Which consider as a job visa. Now Im Out Of Status. In This Case 2 Things Can Be happen (i) I should Go Back To My Home Land (ii) I should marry With Someone Who Has A Green Card. 2. I Ve My Girl Friend She Is Agree To Live With me As A Legal Wife but As A customs Of her Family , They Are Not Agree With Me. They Ve Certain Points Of Agreements On Which They R Going To pressurized Me And Signed Before The Judge. So Please Help Me Out Of This Blady Hell Situation. Thanks And Regds.
