Namaskar, there is Rakesh, Sir i have a qustion about LK. I read Lal

kitab at Internet, where i read that " Dahine haath ki anguthi mein

Neelam rahu ki har zahira ko dho dega " sir pls suggest what is the

meaning of this ? and please suggest according to my horo there is a

dasha of Rahu till 2013, so as per written in lk, can i wear Neelam

in Right Hand or not, because rahu is placed in my first house with

Venus.
