However, one of the reasons for a heart problem is that some malefic planet placed in the 4th house has become active. In order to nuetralise the maleficness of the planet the only thing I can suggest is to establish Moon in the 4th house. Therefore she should keep a few grains of rice in the North corner of her room. She can use a brass/silver container for that. In case neither is available then she can keep the rice tied in a white silk cloth.
