Please Help me tide over my problems

I am passing thru a financial crisis , inspite of having lucrative

property in Delhi.

 

In 2006 December, our family business was split & the property was to

be distributed into three parts by my elder brother. At that time I

was given one building in Delhi as initial payment. Rest was to be

received within two years.( means upto December 2008 )

 

I have Not received the remaining part of my ancestral property as

per MOU with brothers.

In the time elapsed since Dec 2006 , I could not find any Renter for

my building & in my Zest I took a loan on that building to purchase

another building , alongwith a loan from a freind.

 

Both my buildings are in name of my Wife.

 

I paid the bank & private lender from whatever cash I had with me BUT

now I have run out of Cash & options to repay the Bank and the

Lender. I may have to selloff at least one building to stave off this

situation.

 

I have been told by a Vedic astrologer that I have Kulik Kaal sarp

Yog, due to which I will always face this situation in life , where

in I will always be paying off loans & will always be indebted.

Also, my wife's Shani is very bad for Property matters & she is

already in Shani Mahadasa. I may loose out on both propertis.

Please help me to

1) Save my properties from being sold off, by getting a party to rent

it, thru remedy.

2) Ward off ill effects of my Kaal sarp Dosha & Rahu ill effects

3) Appease my wife's Shani & to stop any loss of Property & Finance

due to Shani.

 

Also, can you please suggest which is the best business for me.

Is there any remedy so that my Brother Quickly gives me my share of

ancestral property ?
