Upaya for reducing Frequent Job Changes

I have been going through frequent job changes during last 1

year ..Though financially the new job is always better than the

previous job but there is no stability..Family also feel disturbed

as whenever they settle down at some place i decide /change the

job..it also give lots of insecurity to the family.
