I akhilesh shukla working with an Pharma Comapny from last 2 years but still i m seraching for a job in FMCG( fOOD Segment) but i havent got a good opportunity. i m satisfy with my company but i m having a drawback that is i am a commerce graduate and most of the good companies wanted B.Sc candidate for their company thats why i m trying for another industry still i m not happy with my immediate boss he is very good in nature but he dosn't take any work senciarly and told to me to handle evry problem myself. what should i do for my better career and future aspects. i really very upset with my current situation. i m sending you my information as followes please give me some helpfull sugestuion.
