[ 2 ] In the case of your husband too it is going to be good. No upaya needed. [ 3 ] In the case of your daughter it is not going to be good. Therefore you should offer at any temple a haldi ganth [ whole turmeric ] each day for 5 days regularly. Make the child touch it or take her along so that she herself offers it at the temple. It doesn't have to be given to any priest etc, just leave it infront of the deity. As for getting back the missing dog, there is no upaya which I could suggest. However a dog missing indicates that ketu is acting malefic. This could adversely affect a male issue , not born yet, or can give any one of you trouble of the back, spine, joints etc. Therefore you should offer a few grains of til [ sesame seeds ] at any temple for 7 days regularly. The til upaya had been suggested to take care of suspected malefic Ketu. This upaya is not to get your pet back.
