Feedback and Remedy for professional growth

Respected Priya Ji,

 

First of all I want to say you thanks for your help. I got mental

peace and won belief of my family in last one year after doing

remedies suggested by you. Today there was 8% layoff in my company as

a measure to survive in present economic conditions but fortunately I

was saved.

I am in service as an engineer since last thirteen years. But still I

am working as an individual contributor under a manager having work

experience and qualifications less than me. I do not know the problem

in me, due to which I lost the chance every time in last moment to go

up on carrier ladder. This time I was very hopeful for my promotion

but company global decision of no increment and promotions for next

year spoiled my hope again.

 

Priya ji will you please suggest me some remedy so that I can overcome

these hurdles in my professional growth.
