[ 2 ] No. You do not need them as upaya. However you can keep them at home after washing them with ganga jal or rain water. [ 3 ] No. You need not immerse the Urad this year. [ 4 ] Yes. It is always beneficial to serve food to the workers. This keeps the saturn happy which will help in your ateel business.
