As u have said me ,

 

"You should neither buy nor construct a house in your name. The day you do that you will start facing severe poverty. Therefore get it in the name of some one else.

 

so is there any upayas for it if i have to construct on my name.

Dear Raja,I do not see a possibility of a change of place during the 28th year. If at all, it might be a visit or two to your ancestral home or where your parents live. There is a possibility of change during your 29th year, where you may have to live away from your near and dear ones.There is no such upaya which could change this scheme of things.In the meanwhile do the following. May be this helps you find a good job :[ a ] Offer water to the Sun God, for 100 days at least, every day. Add a little milk and sugar to the water before offering. [ b ] Recite the stotra for Mercury 108 times every day. Get the text and the audio from the files. You have to save the stotra in any file first in order to listen to it. It would not open with a double click.{ for correct pronunciation there is a pdf file in the same folder containing the stotra in Hindi script.
