The guy is promising day in and day out but does not pay a paisa. Now he has gone to the uSA and has said something is likely to happen after the 12th of this month. Can you advise some upayas to get the money back? All the astros he consulted say it will come back - but nothing is happening. One more request. He is also taking up a franchisee of computer education and training business from a well known group in Bombay. They are already well known and recognized with quite a few institutes all over the west. Please advise for its success and growth.
