Guest guest
Group, Recently i got a chance to see a copy of Bhrigu Sanghita, what attracted to me is the classification of aspects. The classic states - Saturn's 10'th aspect is benific in some cases, 7'th is malific, Mars's 4'th aspect is benific, 7'th is malific, I dont remember the consequence of 8'th aspect. I wish to ask senior's view on this, what they observerd. regards, Lalit.
Guest guest
Dear Lalit, I do not know if the Bhrigu Samhita you got hold of is authentic, but assuming it to be so, I doubt if that is the right interpretation of aspects. No distinction on malfeasance of varying degrees for different aspects of malefics is seen in most of the ancient texts. Saturn's 3rd aspect on the 9th is supposed to be good in certain areas only. Other wise aspects of malefics will always cause problems. Guest guest
Namaste Litsol, In whole astrology schemes, shanis 3rd and mars 4th aspects are deadliest one. Its very basic and essential sutra. Guest guest
No Dheearj, It's not only Bhrigu Sanghita, in another occasion, during a discussion R.K Baqaya Sir (Whom i will say best in world in timing the events, not a single time his timings failed, though u have seen differences between me and him, however, that dosnt stop me saying his exceptional command over timing, no KAS and bla.. bla.. reaches near him) also expressed a different opinion, he said Sani's 3rd aspect is frinedly in certain aspects. Now, Sri ChandraShekhar Ji is also saying something about Sani's 3rd aspect, we need to collect all the views to examine further. I will look into different versions of the Bhrigu Sanghita to verify the case. regards, Lalit. Guest guest
Dear Sir, Bhrigu Sanghita is a classic over which authenticity issue always looms, coz, the copies are published with no sanskrita shlokas,I dont know why they have not given the shlokas, but, there also nothing to plainly reject the authenticity coz if there is only falsity, that will not stand for sales in the market and i think Bhrigu Sanghita is the most voluminous classic, an encyclopedia, thicker than the " Hora Ratnam " . Because of manifold involvement in my project, there is no scope for me to find a copy of the Bhrigu Sanghita with shlokas, however, that's in my agenda and I think i can do it taking the help from one of my relative who is posted in RashtraPati Bhavan as a Priest, he himself is good enough in astrology, though, I have not discussed anything with him, but i can hope to get his help. If u know any person/family having the reliable copy of the Bhrigu Sanghita, pls. do tell me, after the mid july, when i will be relatively free shedding off the most of the burden, I can go in for searching the classic. regards, Lalit. Guest guest
Dear Lalit, Unfortunately I do not know of anyone having Bhrigu Samhita. I think Surya Samhita is in Hoshiyarpur. Take care, Chandrashekhar. litsol wrote: Dear Sir, Bhrigu Sanghita is a classic over which authenticity issue always looms, coz, the copies are published with no sanskrita shlokas,I dont know why they have not given the shlokas, but, there also nothing to plainly reject the authenticity coz if there is only falsity, that will not stand for sales in the market and i think Bhrigu Sanghita is the most voluminous classic, an encyclopedia, thicker than the "Hora Ratnam".
