house purchase/chart correlation, learning : kshantaram/ahmedabad

dob 6th jan 1956, 01-57am, tenali/andhra

 

were staying in brother's house since 2000, purchased the same house

from him on original cost basis last week tuesday 17th june.

 

was trying to co-relate the astrological coincidence for such an event

but finding it difficult :

 

running sani-rahu-sun dasa, sani-mangal-rahu in the 2nd house

vrischika in the natal chart

 

saturn lord of 4th transit in 11th badhaka sthana satrukshetra,

mars-rahu opposition in transit

 

jupiter transit 3rd house from the moon/tula rashi - weak transit,

also low in the ashtakavarga

 

rahu transit 4th house recently over mercury/venus - rahu the giver,

is that the cause - then should have purchased 18 yrs back say

1990-91, would rahu's transit create any vastu/purchase difficulties,

paid half the money only, balance to be paid by securing bank loan etc

 

any vastu remedies needed based on the natal chart/dasa etc to secure

a safe and progressive living in the house - was unemployed while in

this house from 2002-2005, father's death in this house june 2003,

wife operated jan 2006, children's studies/progress unsatisfactory,

strained/snapped relations with one younger brother since mid 2002

 

tried to find another house for last two years but could not find one

and costs escalating day by day and cannot afford/unemployed again now.

 

hope this case will enable establish some principles on house purchase

and help prove the facts alongwith suitable directions/counsel for

safe future - course of recommended actions-remedies/healing.

Dear Shantaram,

 

being 1956 born was Local time used? Is your lagna 18 degrees 17'

Libra? Are you using 360 Savana days with which I get Saturn Jupiter

period and that appears to be fine with Saturn being Lord of the 4th

and Jupiter the karaka for home. I presume you bought older brother's

house.

this is the house my youngest brother purchased at ahmedabad year

1999; we have been staying there since jan 2000; brother now at

bangalore, left end 1999.
