Moon in 8'th, being 10'th lord and venus in the 9'th being 8'th lord shows reversal. Saturn is favoring him, dasha is also good but Jupitor makes him considerable weak, should be given some lessons of modesty, also saturn and sun are opposit to each other, so, melting of ego is a must and as this is in 4/10 so it has to come from public and public relation, Even he becomes persident, I dont think he will perform better. However if we accept that chart, then there is a raj yoga as exalted Moon aspects the Lagna. Moon in the 7th generally indicates an emotional person but would one be so if he is a career politician? Pls. discuss the whole of horoscope, at least placement and degrees, it w'd be very very exciting to us, stil, his face reading says, he is being driven by other's move, though he has trsut that what he is doing is alright for him.
