Seems like Libra to me with the Bandhan he suffered and the fact of his

having married a lady older to him etc.

Sorry, I couldn't answer this earlier. I didn't visit site for a few

days. Well, before going to other responses to your query I saw only

Chandrashekharji's view, but as I saw the two choices you narrowed it

down to, I had no doubt that it is Virgo. In contrast to

Chandrashekharji's method of arriving at a possible lagna, I simply go

by the appearance. That I believe is good enough for an exercise of

ascertaining lagna on seeing a person before we know anything further.

And believe me it works. True, when there are direct influences of

planets, esp. a planet tenanting the lagna, the line of inference gets

deflected, and I miss it. One point I would like to share here, that

navamsa lagna seems to also have a say. Ketu in navamsa lagna tones down

the complexion, making one darkish.

Yes RK Daa, I too think like you, This face doesnt reveal Libran

qualities, Bhadra Yoga in the lagna has made him stout, luckily,

last week i met a person with same built, i was trying to discover

some maritan influence but he also had a bhadra yoga with exalted

Guru in 11'th aspecting 3rd, if 3'rd is well aspected, improves

one's health.

 

I think will not be out of the context to mention, debilated mars is

found in Chandrashekhar Ajad's horoscope, Reegan's horoscope and I

saw it one more hot tempered political leader's horoscope.

 

Debilitated Grahas are well understood as of now, Mansagri is the

only classic which has one dedicated chapter on Debilitated Grahas.

Debilitation requires much R & D.

Good. Keep it up with an open mind but also gradually consolidate your views and convictions by holding onto them till they are proved wrong variously. M'sagari is a text with difference.

Back to lagna ascertainment. Virgo lagna tends to give one a fleshed-out rectangular face, with length dominating, not breadth. Just my very own sense of things in this thread, based on experience of a number of years. You saw what happened at the book fair, that Taurus lagna!
