Guest guest
JLearner aka Neelay, Some observations in your 'Astrology 101 etc' mail and its sequel occasioned my mail. I quoted the suspect line from the first mail. Here is another from the next: "I feel comfortable posting my understanding with a id with no name attached." In the past some mischievous astrology buffs acted out of ulterior motives and tried probably to serve some personal agenda. They later took it (mischief) to his (Lalit's) organisation, up to the chairman of the company. Their rep did his damnedest to get Lalit sacked. Hair-raising in a bloodless sort of way. If you want to belong here, you will. If you want to remain faceless, I don't think you can belong. We here have nothing narrow to serve, and nothing grandiose to reach for. It's just a forum, a meeting point. Now and then we, being unafraid, don't mind taking a potshot (nonpersonal) at pretentious people. But that, we try never to overdo. Beyond a point what others do with astrology is outside the purview of the group. Give and take in a spirit of goodwill and respect, and, yes, gratitude where it is due. Yes, your predictive primer is good enough.
