Now a days it is quite difficult to possess an own site and build a house. Even marriage of daughters can be successfully performed with little strain, but to build a house or to own a house becomes real hard task. Many top businessmen, highly placed officers also fail to possess their own house. This looks to be quite strange but here astrology, palmistry will only be the science which justifies the fact. Here I would like to give certain combinations of planets and their yogas. Griha Prapti Yogas: 1. The lord of 4th house should be placed in kendra or trikona or trikona should not be afflicted or associated or aspected by maracas or dusthana lords. 2. The 4th lord and 9th lord, one of the lords exalted, be placed in 4th or 9th. 3. Conjunction of the Lagnadhipathy and Saptamadhipathy, either in Lagna or 4th with benefic aspect to them. 4. Native may own unusually constructed type of building with latest architectural design and peculiar mansion under following combinations: (a) When the lord of 10th and 4th are placed along with Saturn, Mars, Rahu in the said houses. (b) 9th lord in Lagna and 4th lord in trine or kendra exalted or attaining more Vargas. © When 4th lord is placed along with 10th lord in conjunction of Saturn and Moon in good strength, gives peculiar multi-story building. 5. Native should own an attractive and delightful illuminated building: (a) when a benefic occupies the 3rd house with good strength and 4th lord occupies kendra or trikona with exaltation, the above yoga generates. (b) When 4th lord is placed in Simhasana or Gopuramsha or Mridavamsha then similar to above yoga generates. © When 4th lord and 10th lord together with Saturn in kendra then the same results as above.

When the 4th or 4th lord is afflicted but still associated with benefic, the native may own sites only; in case if he owns a house he may not derive much happiness from it. Many more combinations are there; but I feel, I should write about Grihanash yoga. This means the loss of house secured through parents or other relatives. A native is said to lose his house on account of his debts and commitments or to meet heavy expenses like marriage of daughter etc. The aforesaid yoga generates when 4th house is occupied by malefics and 4th lord placed either in 6th or 12th house in aspect with maraca planets. Remedial measures – In order to overcome delays, hindrances and obstacles to own a site or a house the following remedial measures may be adopted: Daily chanting of:-

(a) Bhoo sookta, (b) Bhoo sooktanubandha, © Sri sookta, (d) Sukra stotra, (e) Angaraka stotra (f) Shani stotra & Vastu stotra. The regular chanting of above stotras will help the native to get faster results. Even the use of lucky gem helps the native. (Coutesy: Planets & Forecast, March, 1989)
