Suppose Ketu is in its sign of exaltation. Which type of results should be

expected during the mahadasha or bhukti of Ketu?

 

As for Rahu, we know that it provides political name and fame in its mahadasha.

Dear Saurabh,

 

It depends on what bhava Ketu is occupying. Ketu gives results of the bhava lord and Mars, when alone. This means in exaltation (assuming Sagittarius) he will give results of Jupiter as well as Mars. Now you will have to find out if he is functional benefic or not and then understand how he will act.

 

This holds true for Rahu too. In 12th he could even indicate setting upon by thieves, in his dasha. So do not go by set theories.

 

Parashara does give indications of how the dashas are to be interpreted.

Sir, in the case of Rahu, it should give results of the house lord as well as 'Saturn' [As in the case of Ketu, it gives the results of the house lord and 'Mars'].

Yes. that is right when it is alone in the bhava. If conjunct a graha it will also give results of that graha. Same with Ketu (about results of bhava lord and conjunct grahas).
