Dear Saurabh,

 

Sun placed in lagna, 6'th and 11'th and particularly in Leo provides

jyotish vidya, It's a thumb rule given in Bhrigu Sutra. I m

forgetting if same is said for 5'th house or not.

 

Sun is also the founder of astrology.
