if i may try,

 

sun/mercury in simha ascendant, intellectual, tried IAS

10th house lord venus in 2nd house kanya,honour/karma through services

moon tula 3rd house- communications

6th house of employment/service jupiter in neecha while lord saturn in the 11th

house of earnings with ketu,

mithuna rashi intellectual job,sani-menial job, ketu computers/occult

mercury is lord of 2nd/11th house in the ascendant with the sun forming

budhaditya yoga indicating earnings through intellectual professions/trades

 

could be computer operator for now in an astrology firm perhaps!!

Dear Friend,

 

Your effort is worth appreciation, you have reached very near, have analysed the

chart to level of perfection, almost close to her profession ..... but she is

not in computers/softwares.

 

The charts i m posting to group are rare examples of few principles or

exceptions.

 

Pls consider, Jup's debilitation in 6'th house when Lagna and Lagna Lord is very

powerful. I have studied life of these natives so can see how planetary

configuration works, how to apply astro principles of classics, how to find a

keay to unfold a horo, so many things, the success lies there.

 

It's not in discussing shlokas of a classics with shlokas of other clascics, we

are not a critic, we are problem solver astrologers.

with strong sun/mercury in the ascendant and saturn in gemini with ketu could

have knowledge of astrology

 

while with 5th lord and 8th lord jupiter in the 6th house debilated in capricorn

- could be astrology assistant drawing manual charts and making astrological

calculations perhaps, to imagine!

Dear Shantaram Ji,

 

The native is a strong believer in astrology and has interest in it also, Sun

being the karaka of learning astrology, if in swarshi or in exaltation, gives

this interest.

 

 

However, the purpose of indicating the debilitation of Jup, was to learn - 1.

6'th house impact in profession

2. indicate strength of debilitation in a bad house like 6'th

thanks indeed for the kind clarification, glad he is professor in a management

institute.

 

i had intermittent opportunities to teach in college as visiting faculty, have

6th lord jupiter retrograde in the 11th house with sun in the 3rd house in

saggitarius and mercury/venus in the 4th house. to share these opportunities

emerged when jupiter transited the 3rd house over the natal sun in saggitarius.

 

however, humbly fail to understand for myself role of debilated jupiter in the

6th house leading to professorship,

while mercury in the 2nd house with sun in the ascendant could itself be perhaps

sufficient to indicate lecturership perhaps.

 

yes, lord of the 2nd house negating to the first house could however indicate

financial problems too at the same time.

 

may be you would help explain further for my own understanding of this

interesting aspect of role of debilated jupiter in the 6th house. yes, debilated

planets have elevated aspect on the opposite house which helps, say the moksha

sthana in this case.
