AATHREYA DR BALA KRISHNA MURTHY – TIPS FOR A HEALTHY LIVING Morning – get up before sun rises.Wash your hands with soap before you wash your face , before you brush your teeth and before you gargle your mouth .

Use a fresh clean towel to dry your face  Never touch your eyes , nose , mouth or ears with fingers ; always use a clean hand kerchief  ; use separate hand kerchiefs for nose , eyes and to wipe lips Drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water a day

Take 500 mg of Vitamin C  a day plus one multi vitamin plus 75 mg of aspirin a day , space half an hour between each tablet . Aspirin on a full stomach . All supplements to be taken with a glass of cool water Breathing exercise for 15 minutes .

Have a warm bath ; use a long handle brush to scrub back . Wash thoroughly in between  toes and fingers and behind ears.Have a healthy protein rich breakfast ; fruit between breakfast and lunch  Have a light carbohydrate lunch

Take 15 minutes siesta semi sitting Tea and two biscuits between lunch and supperGood supper a mix of carbohydrate , protein , green vegetables and don’t go to bed for at least 2 hrs after supper . Brush your teeth with paste sprinkled with salt before going to bed

Drink some warm milk before going to bed Get your BP checked every once in every 15 days .Get your blood sugar checked once a monthGet your lipid profile checked once in every 3 months Get your eyes checked once in every 6 months

Gradually, I started thinking the degree of honesty and accountability is very less, Why ? I see, groups are filled with manipulators imposters in the form of Scholars, then there are flaterring crowd, in Ancient Indian Astrology a Guy who cant understand a horoscope has taken a nice approach, when a query comes, open 2 - 3 books from shelf, post shlokas and be a ruler of self respect lacking members, He promotes false Chandra Hari Ayanamsa, says, Astrology is of non Indian Origins, Why such lies ? Then there serious people who got deviated and then became orthodox, they wd come with an unconfirmed horoscope and derive further wrong theories, Brother PVR Narsimha comes in this catagory, He is an exceptional brain garita or mathematics of astrology but lacks capability in phalit, reason simple, not studied thoroughly jyotish but studied only shlokas of BPHS, as not enf charts are studied, he lacks fundamentals and do you know he has written a book Vedic Astrology An Integrated Approach, why ?

Then there are sweet spoken people like Chandra Shekhar Ji, for them their image and social networking is only target, no honesty at all, such people write each and every word with a greed for a pie of popularity.

Then there is a class of born appreciators, other then claps for a known face or moderator they are good for nothing.And a small group also exists, this group thinks they are among those few blessedwho knows astrology, high mound of ego.

Pls look at quality of astrological predictions, How many predictions came true ? How many predictions guided people of India and World ?This is the reason, I treat dishonest astrologers as corrupt indian babus and police inspectors.

Dear Lalit Ji,

It is not fault of Astrology.It is a fault that evry body thinks he has some thing or other like sixth sense to predict.Then you have abridged version of jyotish books to read while on travel or before going to bed to induce sleep.The next dat there are always people insecure to know future evry now and then.people hold future is what God made than their own effort?Astrologers(eager to use internet) and exhibit their software skill.If you have expertise in software it is enough to get titled as Astrologer.It is that Astrology that has answers for everything in universe is growing through Internet with technology.so you have the taxonomy as pointed out.

Dishonesty come out of their own intentions.Every person should endeavour make the devine science for meaningful use and the benifit has to go to the society.
