Sa + Ve use to play main role for Psychic powers and those should be lord of mainly 8'th and 12'th but it is good that 12'th lord Me came in picture and it is near about at same degrees of Ve and Sa. 3) Ra is near to Sa and Ve and just before of Sa + Ve so there is blast of possessions of spirits. Though above conditions are more than enough to predict about psychic powers. But some more points - 4) Amazingly it is happening in Aquarius. 5) It is good that Ma was not in 8'th or in 2'nd otherwise those spirits might have hurt the native in violent way.
